ROBERT SMEDMAN

I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the town of Marquette. Early on, I discovered my love for music, and joined various church bands and choirs. By 10, I had followed in my father’s footsteps and taught myself to play guitar.

In 2016, I travelled 400 miles downstate to the town of Auburn Hills to earn my BFA in Musical Theatre at Oakland University. I received my degree in May of 2020. 

Since graduating, I've moved back to my hometown to work with two incredibly successful local businesses. I plan to move to Chicago in June of 2022 to further pursue acting and music.
